Positive experiences deserve to be recognized, and I have to say: our entire experience was perfect!! We ordered takeout, and everything from start to finish was seamless. Placing the order was straightforward and easy to navigate. The text updates kept us informed, the designated curbside parking was convenient, we waited maybe two minutes and the Outback team member who brought our food out was friendly, kind, and showed excellent customer service!! Our order was accurate, hot, neatly packaged, and even included the after-service survey. Out of all the restaurants we've visited, Outback truly delivered the best experience across the board. We don’t have a single complaint. Best RESTAURANT in all areas in Montgomery County by FAR!! Great job, Outback team!

He checked on us at the perfect times, made thoughtful recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. TK’s energy made the entire meal feel special. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and he treated us like we were his top priority the entire night. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in his job and cares so genuinely about the guests’ experience. If you’re going to Outback, ask for TK. He turned an ordinary dinner into an exceptional one. We’ll definitely be back because of the amazing service!

I came to this location for my friends birthday dinner a few nights ago, Mikala C was the sweetest and most attentive server I've had in a really long time (that is something I really value since I have waitressing experience myself and I know how stressful it can be) and the food came out quickly and correctly, which also doesn't happen often for me because I love to customize my entree😊 it was also DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend this Outback location!!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. As a veteran I really appreciate the hospitality provided by this Outback, from the hostess, our server and the management, their treatment of us was first class!
- NUNicole UniverseNov 4, 20255.0Came here for my birthday November 4th, 2025 our waitress was Hailey B, SWEETEST MOST ATTENTIVE serve EVER, She made the meal fun and she had the BEST attitude, the appetizers were amazing and made fresh, and the food wasnt rushed, the chef cooked EVERYTHING to perfection, I got a medium rare steak (sad i didnt take a picture) and it was cooked PERFECTLY nice sear, nice seasoning, and most of all the middle was perfection and good pink but not too rare, they came and sang happy birthday to me and comped my desert while also letting me order the 3 course meal deal, this will be abirthday to remember because of Hailey and her team. The good 10/10, service 10/10, waitress 10/10 .
