Then it was short 1 order of wings. I called the store to talk to a manager. I wanted to get my money back for my order since Ive had several issues from the same store. The manager blamed her employees that did not come to work, and said they were just so busy. I do understand, however she just kept blaming everyone else instead of taking any responsibility. She then hung up on me. When I called back to make sure I was not charged the employee hung up on me as well. We order from here a lot and have had several issues over the years, including our order not arriving for two hours, which we just canceled, or wrong food being delivered. After tonight we will never order from here again.

Although we live a mile away, the tracker shows our pizza was driven around for almost 2 hours to various locations all over town before being delivered to us. When we called to complain, the manager lied and told us the pizza would arrive in the next 5-10 minutes, and assured us the online tracker was wrong. Took another 30+ minutes after the call before it finally got delivered. If you order a pizza, be aware that it may likely be up to a 2 hr delivery period before you order arrives.
