- CBChip Bobbert3 days ago1.0Terrible, the social media commentary about their portion sizes isn’t hype. I just paid $12 for a bowl that’s only half full. The server actually took meat off my plate as he was making it and put it back in the chaffing tray. Apparently he gave me a half gram too much. Rice and beans are literally the cheapest thing you can buy at the grocery store, why be stingy with them? There’s a dozen other fast food restaurants within a block of here, go to any one of them instead.
- IDI'm a Doctor4 days ago1.0100% Horrible. So, no utensils on pick up and delivery orders, but, don't bother, they aren't wrapped for sanitation. Bags are not sealed for delivery orders. And, delivery with explicit instructions results in the driver sitting the bag on a sidewalk without attempting to communicate. Then, if you call, the IVR system prevents you from talking with anyone. Look for the surprise visit by VDH.

The guy put a small serving of rice in the bowl then spread it around to make it look like more. Such a rip off! Then he took forever to serve us. I’m glad that I am passing through because I wouldn’t come back if I lived here.
- BRBB RRFeb 16, 20261.0Was shopping in area and I was 45 minutes from home decided to stopped here for dinner for family. The bar was out of several sides but plenty of chicken and rice so I went for it I ordered 3 regular chicken bowls and kids meal and spent $50. I drove home 45 minutes to learn I was given an all SPICY chicken even in a kids meal. It’s was not easy to turn around after driving home 45 minutes away. I contacted Support to discuss my issues and the rep was not helpful basically her reply was accidents happen and no resolution other than sorry.
