This place is alright. The food is decent, but the service takes an extremely long time. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your food no matter how busy they are. Even though the snack sized chicken sandwich tastes good it’s literally basically a scam because it’s the size of half a tender. I also find the majority of the menu extremely overpriced, and they got rid of the three pepper sauce, which I really liked. The arby’s sauce is decent. This place is better than Burger King at least.

Beware of placing online orders, this Arby's will take your money even if they are out of the item you ordered and will NOT make substitutions and you are just out of your money. Pure theft. They were out of the milkshake flavor I ordered (it shouldn't even be available in the app if they are out) and refused to let me switch it for another flavor even though they are the exact same price. They said they "couldn't" refund my money either and I would have to call corporate. After about 20+ minutes on hold, corporate said a refund would be processed after they "talked to their bank". When I asked to speak to a manager they put me on a long hold and then said no supervisors were on duty and they would call me back. They never called back. I had to call customer service AGAIN to get the refund situation handled. All because they refused to dispense a different flavor of milkshake. I've had similar out of stock experiences on apps at other restaurants and it has been no problem at all. Other places are accommodating and will give you a reasonable replacement of equal value. I'm done with Arby's, this little fiasco had cost them my future business. If you want a good milkshake, go to Chickfila or Five Guys across the street...delicious and excellent customer service. Also the person with me was unable to enter the building because the handicapped ramp was blocked by snow more than a week after it snowed.

Avoid this location. Food is consistently cold and stale. And they constantly forget to put your entire order in the bag. Just not worth it.

Placed an online order that my buddy picked up. They apparently didn't have my flavor shake (Jamocha) and my buddy said he'd call me and get a different flavor picked and was told they couldn't do that and that I had to call corporate. If this is indeed true, this arguably the dumbest way to run a restaurant. Instead of replacing the customers shake flavor with what they want tell them to call corporate and ask for a refund and get nothing. Pathetic. On top of that, my ham and Swiss "melt", isn't even melted and is cold with one sliver of Swiss. Won't be coming here again. There's a reason that AI is taking over and it's because service like this has cost companies billions of dollars.
