When you're on Chincoteague Island looking for a delicious frozen treat, there's one place locals will tell you is not to be missed. All you need to do is head down Maddox Blvd. until you come to the lighthouse, and we'll be there, eager to serve you our delicious homemade ice cream. The Island Creamery has been around since 1975 and is family owned and operated. We're proud to base our recipe on an all-natural, premium butterfat mix as well as local fruit for our 32 flavors. Have a latte on our patio or grab a fresh waffle cone as you explore the island -- we'll make sure you always have access to something delicious.

The waffle cones were thick and really tasty, and they actually sell cracked up pieces of them in bags, which is neat! My dog Khaleesi really enjoyed her pup cup!! My oldest son got a slice of ice cream cake.
