They said ill have to grab it and guess what I get for an order over $60 in orders. Absolutely would have helped to know because our whole order is wrong and missing everything. If she was nicer about it i would have been fine but being rude AND missing the queso cheese on everything, tomatoes, Baja blast and creams and being rude about it was insane! I am disappointed.

But she did nothing to help but walk away. She said she would help in a few minutes and after 10 minutes of waiting I had to order off of a nasty kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly and several customers who came in to order walked away. Drive thru customers were their number 1 choice.

My other taco almost did the same thing but I was able to slowly peel the paper back and salvage it but it was so bland and the meat tasted like it was soaked in dish water.

Get put out the drive-thru and when I asked if my order was ready I was lied to by an employee and told me that they was just getting ready to start on it that the order just come through but somehow they knew what the drink was. It is not good for an employee to lie to a customer and the only reason they got a one star is because zero is not available
