  I understand not loving this job, but this is a horrible place to go. You have to beg for napkins and straws. The food was stone cold and I was inside the restaurant to eat. For a place that has terrible image issues, you would think they would at least appear to give a damn.

  This visit was awful. They had the C squad working this morning. The manager was no where in site. I called to get help and no answer. What is it with McDonald's making you contact the local store but no one ever answers the phone? Let me save you the agony. Drive 1 block further and go to Chick-fil-A

  Slowest fast food ever. Ordered a large cook through the app. Walked in. There's only one cash register. No one in front of me in line. Took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter despite a kitchen full of employees. By the time they helped me there was a crowd of people waiting to be served. I say crowd bc the restaurant, despite having lots of tables, had no place for people to stand waiting to pickup food

  Literally the worst, most overpriced McDonald's in existence. If it wasn't the only one in my immediate area, I would never ever go back. There always 10+ people working but no one is ever at the register to help inside. They take over 15 mins to bring your food out if you park. They CONSTANTLY have you pull up so their timer isn't red and that still takes them 10 mins minimum. My order is constantly wrong or missing items. You pay extra for breathing on their lot. It's truly horrible. The only person who truly cares and knows what she is doing is Erica and she seems to be the only one holding the place down. She deserves the biggest raise ever dealing with a place like this. There are 2 others that I thoroughly enjoy but I don't know their names. I believe one is a tall gentleman with long(ish) hair? And the other is a shorter woman with glasses. They are very pleasant and also deserve raises.

  I visit today service was horrible. I had to send my food in 3 times to still have it wrong when I got home. I had 2 meal deals they didn't give me the chicken nuggets. 2 freshly cook fish combos 1 with tartar and 2 without they didn't put tartar on 1 of the sandwich. The fries were not hot. No ketchup in the bag. Every since I got home I have calling the store no one answered goes straight to voicemail. Smh this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I live right behind the McDonald's. I would like my money back or my food cooked right or you can send me a gift card for the rest of the year.
