I called to fix it and was told the food had already been made and that I’d need to pay for a whole new order. There was no effort to accommodate the situation, and the response was very short and nonchalant. Mistakes happen, especially with online ordering, but better customer service would’ve made a big difference.

The order ticket had everything correct, so I know I placed my order correctly. Mistakes happen, but double checking before sending an order out would cut down on some of these errors.
