At first, we thought the smell was coming from the plastic bag, but it turned out to be from the food itself. We ordered: • Loaded chicken nachos – the toppings were great and would have been some of the best nachos I’ve had, if not for the nacho chips themselves, which tasted off. • Build-your-own quesadillas – very delicious, though there was still a slight hint of the same oil flavor. • Chips – these tasted quite bad and clearly reflected the oil issue. I really hope this was a one-off situation, because the flavors were otherwise excellent and I’d genuinely like to come back

The employees – including the person who claimed to be the general manager – were not attentive to my order. My quesadilla was burned on the press and had to be remade. Instead of owning any of mistake or communication staff implied that the mishap was my fault and would not refund the portion of my order. Offered me a voucher, which would imply I would have to return. They also never asked whether my order was for dine-in or carry-out, and they didn’t recap my order to confirm accuracy. Meanwhile, the dining area was left dirty during a busy time, which added to the negative impression. Overall, the service and management were unprofessional, and the experience fell well below expectations.
