  I'm beginning to wonder if Panera employees even know the difference between romain lettuce and iceberg lettuce. This is the third Panera Bread I've been to where I ordered a modified sandwich expressing only romain lettuce and no iceberg lettuce or mixed greens. I get my order and once getting back to work I find it has iceberg lettuce. Aside from this ongoing systemic issue with several Panera Breads, the employees were nice and the atmosphere wasn't too bad either. But, if a manager sees this, please educate your employees on fulfilling orders exactly, if they're willing to make this mistake, what's to say they won't do the same mistake if a customer marks an allergy? Then you have a lawsuit on your hands.

  They did an excellent job. The food was fresh and delicious. The employees were respectful and kind. I hope they maintain this standard. The Panera on Rt 1 ( formerly jeff davis highway ) could learn a thing or two. Thank you for the wonderful meals.

  This is the best Panera location in the area! It's a newly opened store, very clean and orderly, and the team is great at their job! Sophia is the best and the lady with the red hair was awesome!

  The only thing that wasn't messed up was the soup! Ordered two sandwiches, one with out avocado, didn't happen. The other without any dressing and it still had it.
