I paid for my food and got to the light before realizing my food was cold. I went back and stayed at the window until someone saw me. A young man got the mangers attention and she came to the window. I told her the food that I just ordered was cold. She stated " We are closed!" She closed the window, locked it and walked away. I just paid for cold old food. I should not have to throw away food that I literally just paid for, because it was old from sitting out and cold. I would not treat anyone that rude after they just spent their money on food which should have probably been thrown away.
