  I had a frustrating experience at this location. There was a noticeable communication barrier during my visit, which made ordering difficult and confusing. One employee (who mentioned she was getting off around 4) was especially rude and unhelpful. She tried to give me a burrito that was falling apart and wrapped in multiple tortillas, which clearly wasn’t made properly. When I questioned it, she ended up throwing it away and walking off, which felt very unprofessional. After my visit, I sent a detailed email to the store manager explaining what happened, but I never received any response. That lack of follow-up made the situation even more disappointing. Between the poor service, communication issues, and no response from management, this was not a good experience and I will never be returning here.

  I have been eating Chipotle for 5 yrs almost daily. We just moved here. This location regularly has burnt chicken until mid to late afternoon, their double meat portion is barely a regular meat portion (single meat is 4 oz and double is 8 oz and they are not even close), the people that work during the day do not understand what you are asking for, the rice has been under cooked multiple days, they do not make sure the lids are closed and the burritos are fully wrapped and do not know how to properly wrap a burrito. Very disappointing when spending $20 per meal when you get double meat and queso. Might as well go get a burger next door, spend the same and have food that tastes good and fills you up.

  Martsina was amazing with her hospitality. Super friendly and welcoming. The chicken al pastor was delicious as always. Will definitely be coming back!

  Either morale is way down or the owner has a very low bar. The photos attached are pics from tonight with no crowd. To see the associates walk past it, work around it or over it was really sad. One associate even sat down and took a break beside the over flowing trashcan and once done didn't bother to start cleaning.

  AMAZING food people were nice and the place was really clean so basically everything was good there wasn't really nothing to complain about and the best part about this chipotle is that other ones when there about to be done with the bowl they scrap out the last pieces and then put the leftovers on your plate but this chipotle if the bowl is almost done than they get a BRAND NEW BOWL which makes it taste even better which is amazing definitely recommend PS:You HAVE to try the sophritas
