When I got back to my place of employment, I noticed my bowl did NOT have these extra on it. The QR code on receipt had errors when I tried to send a complaint. I visited the same store 2 weeks later to order the same thing, in store, so they could correct their mistake and add the extras with no charge. They REFUSED. They said it's been over a week and I should have scanned the QR on receipt. I had the original receipt and a picture of the bowl with missing toppings. They still refused to correct their mistake. Instead of keeping a satisfied customer, they lost one. All they had to do put the drizzle and berries on it.
