    I am so very disappointed with the service that I just received at the Sonic on Route one in Chester Virginia. We placed an order for pick up through DoorDash for pick up not for anyone to bring it to us when I got there. They informed me that the order had already been picked up by a DoorDasher. I informed them that it was not for delivery and it it was for me personally they told me to go get a refund through DoorDash and completely refuse to make my food even though they handed my food away to someone who was not me I am so completely disappointed because I have been going to Sonic for years and never been treated this terribly. I also work in customer service and know that if there is an unhappy customer, the least you could do is remake their food when you're the one who gave it away to the wrong person. I am very disappointed. It was 2 hispanic women who i assume were in charge. they did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation except shift the blame to DoorDash when it was their fault forgiven away our food. They basically tell me it’s not their problem.

    My favorite burger involves a place with a "couple of dudes", but this sonic burger was fire!!! It goes in my top 5 all time best burger.

    My husband and I did a mobile order for 2 RT 44 drinks. Checked into spot #4, waited for about 20 minutes, and witnessed 6/7 people get their orders. We still had not received anything. We went through the drive through and waited about 5/6 more minutes for them to make the drinks. We didn’t even get ice in our drinks (ordered it that way). Why did it take so long? I’d rather drive to Broad Street where the workers don’t overlook customers. Can’t believe this was my experience. It’s always been fast and pleasant until today.

    Ordered a large milkshake no cherry, they repeated it back twice and I got a milkshake with cherry. Politely asked for it as ordered and watched as they removed the whipped cream and cherry rather than making a new one, so I asked for a fresh shake due to allergy issues for the person I was picking the shake up for and I couldn’t see them make the whole thing, but there was still cherry juice on the shake & whipped cream This is not difficult and it made no sense why they couldn’t get it right

    I have no issue with the food or the wait. While I waited in line a lady walked down the drive through to hand me my drink. The card I wanted to pay with wasn’t with me but was connected to my Apple Pay. I asked if you guys accept Apple Pay and the lady lied straight to my face forcing me to use a credit card. And honestly I wouldn’t be leaving this review if it wasn’t for the fact she lied straight to my face, next time just be honest and say I’m uncomfortable walking with your phone or come up with something better than a blatant lie.
