When it finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out. For a place known for fast service, this was the exact opposite. Definitely needs serious improvement in both speed and food quality. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I said that I just wanted the food which I had already purchased The Manager then said - I will just give you a refund to get tou out of my line because you are costing me time and that won't work for my review at corporate. I refused and then he argued with me that NOW....I wanted my food? I just looked at him nd said.....as I have stated sevral.timea - I simply want the food for which I have already paid for. 2 large sodas came out with NO ice and they were warm. The food was then handed to me after the Manager argued for 3 minutes Unreal.experience. very disappointed and disgusted with your Management. He even said I am having issues with staff just help me.out. ...we will.likely not return - at least not to this location.

If you're timing yourself to make it to where your going on time, forget about it. There's always a problem with staffing in the morning. I come here every once in a while but today was the worst. Save yourself the headache in the morning. Thankfully the two men at the two windows are not rude. That would be the icing on the cake.
