I set my pick up time for 5:50am so I don’t have to wait around but when I show up at 6:05 the order hasn’t even been started. Then I get to watch the employees work at a snails pace to fill my order. I am currently waiting again while I am writing this review. Order was supposed to be done at 5:50am, I got here at 6:05am and it’s now 6:25am and still no order. Place is useless.

We had to wait at the drive through window for 10 minutes and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels and literally everything was handed to us cold and hard. The only slightly warm thing on it was the egg but everything else was frozen and basically right out of the fridge. Hard cold bagel, cold bacon, cold cheese. Do we not heat the hot food items up anymore? Very disappointing waste of 16$ 💔

The bacon was not cooked on breakfast sandwich, it was white (I am not exaggerating, sadly). The hashbrowns were soggy, greasy and cold. My entire order was a disaster. I did not go back for a refund, but I should have. Just awful.
