I got an eye roll and was taken back over to the other side and the waitress / hostess just threw the menus on the table and walked away. We sat there for 15 mins, NOBODY came over to take our drink order or acknowledge us and we watched another party of 5 come in and they were seated on the same side as us by another host. We then watched the girl that seated us WALK right over to their table to take their drink order! We got up and left, we will not be coming back to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous that the person who seated us went to another table before ours. We were there first. Will be going out of our way to Colonial Heights in the future.

Unfortunately regarding our order the fries seemed a day old and none of my drinks came with my order...on the 6 for 20 deal. Just a bummer....no tip...but shorted me 12 bucks worth of drinks...

The manager told the hostess to seat us at a table and we asked if a booth was available. They moved us. The server came over and asked for a drink order but when dad couldn't hear she rolled her eyes and acted completely unprofessional. Once the games started, we realized that dad could not see the game. The manager said they could not move us to one of the open tables or change one of the many tv screens to the game. The manager said he only had party tables left (where he originally told the hostess to seat us) but we couldn't have one. So they may have made more money today but we, including the other 18 local members of my family, will never be back. I hope you make the same decision today after reading this.
