  Food is good, one of the employees today was awesome, the other two provided the service but seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. The tables and floor were filthy and the patrons were wiping the table areas themselves to try to sit somewhere not covered by food. They may be short staffed.

  Just try to get there before the night shift people start…….the younger people seem not to care as much about having any type of customer service skills.

  Worst location ive ever been to. Never seen a store so under prepared that they are giving half scoops out and when you look at them crazy and ask for more they say they gotta charge you for double. Never have this issue at ny favorite chipotle on midlothian turnpike. This location however is dirty, had a long line because nothing was ready, and are very skimpy with the portions. Cant believe I wasted my break standing in this line and writing this review. Threw the food in the trash the chicken was dry anyways.

  Do not dine here. The manager, Jose, provided the absolute worst customer service experience that I have experienced in a very long time. My husband ordered a burrito, but when we got home and began eating there was a long hair in the burrito. I went back to the store and brought the burrito in the chipotle bag and quietly explained that there was a hair in my husband’s food and kindly asked for a new burrito to be made. Jose refused to make a new burrito since I didn’t have the receipt. He said that the burrito could have come from a different Chipotle. I went back home and looked through the trash can and brought the receipt and asked for a full refund. He then stated that he couldn’t refund the money because I needed my husband’s card. I then asked to just have it put on a gift card so I could go to another store and he said he couldn’t do that either. Instead of simply making a new burrito to correct their mistake of having hair in my food, the “manager” decided to escalate a situation that could have easily been rectified in 5 minutes. Poor leadership and poor customer service.

  Service was VERY bad!!!!! The black beans tasted weird. We asked for mild salsa in a bowl and they gave too much, that it was overflowing. Also you could barely hear the workers. They talked very quietly.Also in one of my tacos they put lemon juice in it. You couldn’t taste anything else in the taco, only lemon juice!!! We didn’t even ask for lemon juice. They also had very angry vibes. Don’t recommend going here!!!!!
