  5 tables in the restaurant and didnt see a server for almost 10 minutes no greet no drinks nothing at all got up a left

  Greeted upon entry of the building! Server was attentive but not too much chatter. It was absolutely FREEZING in this establishment though. It did make me come back and change my final review.

  This is the worst buffalo wild wings in All of America! They have 18 customers and are telling people its a 1 hour wait. And if you've been here before........its always a wait. Even for food ordered on the app @ 7:26 that says it'll be ready @ 8:30, I still didnt walk out with food until 8:58!

  These, unfortunately we're the lowest quality wings of my entire life small burnt to the point the bones were brittle. I can't believe I ate them. It will be a long time before I go back to Chester Virginia buffalo wild wings. Yuck. And shame on all involved. Those wings should never have been served. Now I know why they weren't busy on a Friday happy hour. ????? The girl that served my beer was very pushy for me to cash out with her. Just a bad experience. I feel like I should have not paid since I didn't eat all of my meal.

  We had a team lunch at this location for March Madness. Every part of the experience was disappointing. They failed to have the games on when they started (took over 20 min to put them on after multiple requests) and food service was pretty awful. Some members of our party waiting an hour and 45 minutes before receiving their order. Orders were incorrect, missing sauces and requested items. team members that ordered first (at least 30 min before others) were the last to receive their food. At no point did the manager come over to address our experience, despite being made aware of it.
