  staff was rude, waiting was too long, disorganized service & basically we had to self serve everything except cook our food

  Now, I don't normally leave reviews. I just won't go to that establishment anymore. But this is ridiculous. These fast food chain workers needed a required class on customer service. That should be a mandatory part of the job.The food was poorly made and put together. Nuggets was hard as a dam brick. Fries was something a kindergartener would eat. Not an adult. It was just horrible.

  Terrible service..order on kiosk and wanted to pay cash plus had reward items..stood there for 15 minutes try to pay and was ignored twice when tried to tell them i was paying cash..after 5 more people ordered paying with card i went back to kiosk and just payed with a credit card which wasn't also able to use rewards..18 mins later and my entire lunch break gone i finally got a cold burger..tables were dirty and homeless sleeping next to fake fire which doesnt work either
