  Review: The Rise of the Machines & The Great Sauce Depression ​Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5 Stars) ​If you’re looking for a front-row seat to the collapse of the American fast-food empire, look no further than this Wendy’s. I walked in expecting a quick meal, but instead, I received a masterclass in modern economic despair and condiment rationing. ​The "Staff" & The Atmosphere The dining room was a ghost town. It appears the "staffing shortage" has been completely resolved by simply eliminating the staff. There was no greeting, no eye contact, just the ominous hum of the fryers and the glaring light of a greasy, disembodied kiosk waiting for me to do its job. ​The Interaction I didn't come here to do unpaid QA testing on a laggy point-of-sale system, yet there I was, jabbing at a sticky screen just to order a chicken sandwich. The kiosk offered no human empathy, no polite banter, and no apologies when it took three firm taps to register a single keystroke. I have officially been drafted into the fast-food workforce, but I haven't seen a dime of the profits. ​The Inflation & The Sauce Cartel Then, I saw the sign sitting next to the empty registers. The absolute audacity. We have officially reached the stage of inflation where dipping sauces are treated like liquid gold. According to the new laws of the Wendy’s Republic, a 10-piece nugget grants you exactly two sauces. The kiosk ruthlessly enforced this mandate, coldly calculating my nugget-to-sauce ratio and demanding 50 cents plus tax if I wanted a third. I didn't realize I needed to consult my financial advisor to properly lubricate a dry chicken nugget. ​The Verdict When my bag was finally shoved across the counter from the void 30 minutes later, it was a modern art masterpiece of apathy: a burger that looked like it had been sat on, lukewarm fries, and exactly two strictly monitored packets of Sweet & Sour sauce protected like Fort Knox. ​Two stars. Where else can you pay $15 to be your own cashier, fight with a Windows 95 touchscreen, and get price-gouged for a half-ounce of ketchup? Will return when I need a harsh reminder of reality.

  Ordered door dash. DOOR DASH calls me and say someone STOLE my order. The manager tells me to call Door Dash. They keep me online and tell me my order will be resubmitted and re delivered. Then I get a text messages saying my order has been cancelled because the store is unable to fulfill the order. Never using Door Dash or this Wendy’s again.

  There food is same, so not much to say there. However the inside was disgusting. Bathroom was not clean. Tables hadn't been wiped down (for awile) and a lot of the drink selections were unavailable.

  Ordered a biggie meal. Both burgers were cool to warm. Which was not appealing, worst was the fries, only half a pack and nasty looking. See pic. I have asthma so can’t have drinks with ice in them. I asked for a Dr Pepper without ice. They gave me a flat soda that was watered down. All in all a really poor meal. I went in and got them to replace the fries.
