  I’ve been coming to this Subway location for a long time, but the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The staff used to be consistent, friendly, and took pride in making a good sandwich. Lately, employees seem to turn over very quickly, and several have mentioned that tips don’t go to them, which is disappointing to hear. Service quality has also declined. When the owner himself makes my order, the portions are noticeably smaller than what I’ve always received here—just a couple of spinach leaves, a few olives, and very minimal toppings overall. It feels like every ingredient is being rationed. On top of that, the interaction is often curt and not very welcoming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because this used to be one of my favorite quick lunch spots. Right now, the experience doesn’t reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from Subway.

  As shown on the photos how Philly cheese steaks subs were made. Thin slimmed fillings w/ missing toppings . Addressed the issues in store in a calmly manner. Manager on duty was aggressive, yelling, combative and insisted our subs were made correctly. Opened the subs and fingered all over the food. He profusely didn’t care and wouldn’t make us fresh subs to make it right. A small issue turned escalated because the manager kept yelling defensively. I asked repeatedly to lower his voice and wouldn’t back down. I felt unsafe with the environment. Also, yelling no refund! Go elsewhere. This location is bad mistake!
