  Bad all around it’s my first time getting fast food in Chesapeake so maybe it’s just sonic maybe it’s all of them I don’t know yet, but this one’s definitely bad

  Seriously irritated and disappointed. We drove all the way to this one because the one on centerville wasn’t serving ice cream. Only to get to this one and be ignored. No one answered the intercom at the drive through so after a few minutes I decided to pull up to the window where I was still ignored. Saw multiple employees moving around but no one took my order. One stood by the window in sight changing the slushy flavors. There was also a car behind me as well that just ended up pulling off. I eventually did too. Guess they weren’t in the business of making money tonight.

  Im not sure what happened here. Pulled into bay 4, ordered a sonic blast with Reese and turtles, in chocolate ice cream. They brought me a chocolate milk shake with peanut butter cups and turtle pieces. What in the world. So I go in, ask them to correct it after they charged me extra for the candy. They again made a freaking milk shake. What is happening here? Am I supposed to drink the candy, or will it come through the straw?

  Phenomenal customer service. From the time I pulled up at the drive-thru to the completion of my order, the food was fresh. That attitude was professional. The whole experience was something to make me want to go back and order from them.
