  One of the worst deliveries of food ever don’t waste your money food was awful. Hard crust burnt cheese just nasty never again

  I’m giving this rating because the cool kid Simeon decided to remake my order no problems after my first pizza looked like day old pizza LOL Yung Gravy up front was a character too LOL THESE WERE A BUNCH OF COOL YOUNGINS and to hear they had already had a night with a psycho customer, I appreciate Simeon going out his way… and I hope I’m spelling his name right

  My last 2 experiences at the Pizza Hut on 211 Providence Road in Chesapeake VA was the worst ever. I tried to call my order in each visit but was put on hold and y the time I got up to the store...while still on HOLD, I walk up a d see the manager was standing behind the counter talk, there was no one customers in the store and when I entered I was still on hold. He was just standing behind the counter looking out the window. So I asked him why was I still on hold when it was clear he wasn't working. He shot me a nasty remark and walked to the back. Not even apologizing or taking my order. So I got the number for District and Regional offices the wall. As I walked out two different customers was in one behind another. I stood outside watching as he immediately took their order. So I got in my car and went to Dominoes Pizza. Dimnoes TWO...Pizza Hut -ZERO. I'm done with Pizza Hut unless the replace him.
