This is undoubtedly the worst service I’ve ever received at a Panera—not rude, just completely disorganized and utterly lacking. I placed my order at the kiosk for “dine in.” It took forever to get my order (just a regular coffee and regular iced tea, along with a sliced and toasted bagel w/ cream cheese). Eventually, my “dine in” order showed up in a paper sack on the “rapid pick‑up” shelf. No cups for the beverages. Had to ask for cups. No plate for the bagel. Had to ask for a plate. No iced tea at the drink station. Had to ask for iced tea. The plate looked like it hadn’t been washed, but by this point I was tired of running back and forth to the service counter. No wonder this Panera is so NOT busy at 8:15 on a Thursday morning. Whoever owns this location may want to seriously consider the management there…

dear management, do not send cars from the drive thru with single item orders to park so that you can take more orders and $ while they wait ridiculous times, but instead provide adequate service with the labor you staff. if you don't have enough staff who can pay attention to running, stop parking people. this is usually what it means when you wait parked extended times at drive thrus.

What a wonderful experience I had visiting this Panera. I met the most delightful woman. Her name is Erica. Her service was perfection. The food was delicious. I value my employees and I hope Panera values her. I will go back again.

This place has made minor mistakes before, but this time has got me absolutely FUMING. I place my order ahead of time each time via the app. I get to the drive thru this time at 8:12pm. No one is in line. They give me my drink and said my food, a single sandwich will be ready soon. I get an email at 8:16pm saying my order is ready. So Im waiting. Mind you, my toddler is in the back and is waking up. I see people walking back and forth. No one even looks my direction as I try to get their attention. Then minutes go by as I am still being ignored. My daughter is screaming in tears because she is restless. At 8:27pm, I was able to make contact with someone by CALLING ON THE PHONE to let them know im still sitting right there at the drive thru. My food was literally sitting right there next to the drive thru window ready for 15 minutes. The kid offered an extra item (after his manager yelled from the back to apologize and offer me a cookie) but he seemed completely nonchalant and like oh well who cares that we ignored you for 20 minutes with your crying toddler in the back. Honestly it sucks that this is the closest Panera and the effort of some of the staff is so poor.

I have been getting bagels from Panera Bread for sometime now, but I am not sure that will continue. This weekend I went to the Hillcrest Panera and got a bakers dozen of the Asiagos Bagels. We normally get a variety, but the selections have dwindled to about 4 or 5 flavors. So when I got the 13 bagels, I notice these were much smaller than normal. I usually take them home and have to use two 1 gallon bags to store them in, however these were so small, that all 13 fit into one 1 gallon bag. Hardees biscuits are bigger than these bagels. Not only were they small, they tasted very old. I don't mind paying for good food but this was ridiculous. My wife told me to take them back.. but i just tossed them in the trash. What a waste.
