- ELEver Leigh5 days ago5.0This is the best McDonald's in chesapeake or virginia beach. The food is always fresh, they are super fast everytime l go through the window. They never get my orders wrong either. I go here whenever l crave McDonald's fast food. Way to go to this McDonald's.

Which is probably why they've taken the employee out of the equation on ordering and receiving orders.. makes sense anyway. But I must say I despise it. I don't like ordering of the kiosk and not speaking to anybody who's secretly behind a wall putting my meal together I think it's stupid I think it's rude I think it's the most impersonable experience ever so yeah I don't go to McDonald's... This time was a fluke somebody else insisted and I was buying

The Big Mac was put together sloppy. I understand it's a fast food restaurant but I except some sort of care when it comes to my food. I recommend if you don't like your job or want to be in a customer service field please apply elsewhere.
