Girl in the drive thru literally on her phone (looked like she was watching videos..who knows with these kids), with her back to the window as I sit there and wait for her to turn around and take my payment. I unfortunately will not return to this McDonald's even though it is the closed to me.

- ECE J CheaprockMar 22, 20261.0Slowest fast food this side of the Mississippi. Whoa. If you see more than two cars, pass this one by. Slow would be an upgrade. Set aside at least twenty minutes to get your food, which may or may not be fresh (fries) or even right. Fast food is an oxymoron here.
- SGStacey GMar 14, 20262.0This was the Edinburgh location in chesapeake va. We ordered in the app and went in to pick up. We ate in the car while traveling. Our food was cool, extremely salty, was not made as requested (asked for no lettuce and onions), and it took a long time to get it. They seemed to service the drive thru faster then those who came inside. The inside was messy with trash on the floor as if it had not been cleaned in a few days, drink area needs a really good scrub down, and the ladies bathroom was a hot mess and stunk. The people working there had attitudes and acted as if they didn't want to be there and like we were a bother... every last one of them that were working out front... don't ask a question or you got major eye rolls, sound affects, and smart remarks. This among the fact that we got our food to go because we were traveling was why I didn't say anything about our messed up order. I will totally drive past this McDonald's to another or better yet to a different fast food place close by like Arby's, Chick-fil-A, or Panera before going back to this location! We went around 3 pm on a Saturday.
