  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service at this store, specifically regarding the customer service manager, Peggy. Every time I have come in she is consistently rude, displays a terrible attitude, and shockingly uses foul language in front of customers. This behavior is completely unacceptable and creates a hostile environment. On the other hand, the girl in the office, Marissa, is absolutely wonderful. She is always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond for customers. Marissa deserves a promotion for her outstanding performance and positive attitude. I also want to commend Eileen from the produce section, who is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the meat department manager seems to have no clue what he is doing and is also quite rude. Overall, the management needs a serious overhaul. While there are some exceptional employees like Marissa and Eileen, the negative impact of the customer service manager and the meat department manager significantly detracts from the overall shopping experience.

  Staff needs better training came tonight to pick up a delivery order and got met with attitude and rebuttals just after a little mishap of communication. Requested a reprint of barcodes for order and got told it doesn’t work like that and requested to speak to a manager to which I got put on hold for 20 mins unprofessional.. would not recommend to shop if your looking for good hospitality.

  Was accused of not scanning items and trying to take them without paying by an old lady running the check out section early in the morning. And later on although I requested help since the self check out scanners were not working properly, I was ignored by her. The worker was INCREDIBLY rude and had a bad attitude. She didn't want to help me or try to get me help and I had to ask a manager at customer service to help me with the locked screen that had an issue later. Because she tried to ignore us, and we were left standing there for several minutes. I think this company is slipping. Great Bridge was bad too, and constantly sold us meats that tasted like soap. I have to try to go out over the draw bridge now to Cedar Rd, Food lion to avoid these problems.
