  I am compelled to bring to attention a concerning issue regarding one of the customer service managers who appears to require termination due to demonstrated unprofessional behavior. Although I am not familiar with her name, her demeanor was notably rude. During a recent visit with a friend who was wearing a bookbag, we were approached by a team member on our way out after we had collected the items we needed. The team member warned us that the manager in question had raised an issue regarding the bookbag and allegedly made disparaging comments about us, including remarks of a racial nature that I prefer not to repeat. I took it upon myself to address the manager directly, explaining that if there was an issue with the bookbag, it would have been more appropriate to address us at the time of the perceived infraction. We would have been more than willing to accommodate leaving the bag at the front. What struck me as particularly unprofessional was having team members inform us about the manager's negative comments, which seemed an unconventional approach.

  Horrible service!!!! The worker in the deli department was not helpful nor customer friendly. I needed to place a catering order turkey sandwich. He was not interested in taking my order , made me feel like it was waste of time choosing this food lion. He told me I would need to come in to place my order. I have order before over the phone and knew this information was incorrect. He did not want to help at all. What is the point of having workers if they are not capable of servicing the customer.
