  Haven’t been in about 25 years and stopped in this week. It’s exactly the same. And the food is too. Got baked Alfredo. So bland that I took 3 bites. Breadsticks were ok until the 2nd one that tasted of nothing but salt. Look I get it, everyone loves the guy that has been there for a hundred years. He was kind and very attentive, I personally would rather my lunch with less religion. No leftovers went home, they went in the trash. Which is sad. It’s amazing how far a little salt and pepper go! Please save this dying place!!!

  The food is quite good and fast. Excellent faster food model. The dining room has always been right and tight, it shows the Staff cares which is rare. Even more rare is finding people with a loving spirit like Aaron and the staff. Aaron takes orders , delivers to the table, checks back with every guest like this is a high end Italian Restaurant, its incredible. We visit after Dad's VA visits about once a month and Aaron lights up and greats my Dad and I like a Family member, not a fast food customer and Aaron remembers personal details and is consistent with every customer. Incredible, I have coached customer service to thousands in my career and have rarely even seen an OWNER of a restaurant that engages at this level.

  Was here today March 20 2026 at 1230. All zero stars if I could. Sat in the drive through for a half an hour and no one ever came to the speaker to take our order. Then got stuck in the line up because a car pulled in behind us. Judging by the previous slew of 1 star or less reviews we dodged a bullet. Stay away.

  I went to the Chesapeake, VA location and arrived at 7:40pm tonight. There was only one customer in the building upon us entering. No music just silence. Terrell was our cashier and the better part of our experience. We ordered 2 ultimates with extra sauce and made one a combo, then added extra meatballs. The extra meatballs didn’t come with sauce and were dry. No extra sauce was added and our food outside of the lasagna was barely lukewarm. The bread was the only good thing to eat. We then paid AGAIN for 3 extra meat sauces. My dish didn’t even come with the one meatball it was supposed to have in my spaghetti. My Alfredo was served with hard, dry noodles and you could tell the sauce was old and unwarmed due to the color, texture and look of it. I’m honestly saddened and disappointed with this experience. Clearly this location hires inexperienced people or maybe it’s just the late night shift. After we made a clear commitment and complaint, the (2) out of 3 workers acted as if we were lying and immediately coped an attitude mumbling under their breath. Terrell did his best to maintain good customer service, but this experience was unbelievable and inexcusable. I did reach out to corporate as well. I won’t be surprised at all if and when this location closes for good based on my experience tonight. This was my first meal of the day and I was looking forward to eating out. This location has definitely fallen from grace from what they used to be. I’m sure the volume and sales prove my point as well.
