Food was hot and tasty, on par with Wendy's. Did try the new tenders and they were just ok, nowhere near as good as CFA. Will not order them again. The Dave's double was great!

We stopped in for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Adam who waited on us at the register. He was also super helpful and brought our food to the table. He even came back around and asked if we needed anything additional. These days in fast food you don’t always see this type of service. Thank you for making our day Adam happy holidays!

Wow…let’s talk about it. Wish I could say this was gonna be positive, however, after this evening, I will never be going back. To start, I typically don’t spend my money here, (not $45 worth anyways) but my kids were really craving it, and seeing as it's so close to home, I thought I’d give it a shot. As someone who has worked in the service industry for nearly 20 years, I understand that we all have our off days. I pride myself on being friendly and understanding, especially towards my fellow service industry peeps. So, when I pulled up to Wendy’s and noticed the employee taking our order seemed a bit grumpy, I honestly thought, “Hey, everyone has bad days; I get it.” Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I got to the payment window. I was trying to be considerate and get my card out quickly, but the employee huffed in frustration because I wasn’t fast enough. I again, brushed it off as not being a big deal and continued on, trying to keep things light. He then opened the window and handed me a stack (yes, a stack) of drink carriers for the 3 drinks I ordered…I tried to gently mention that I didn’t need them. However, Instead of engaging with me at all, he closed the window without a word. I assumed at the time that he had not heard me. Our short interactions seemed to be filtered through his visible irritation. So, I approached the situation with a smile, offering to trade the ridiculous stack of carriers for my card when he opened the window again. Because again, I didn’t need a stack of drink carriers for 3 drinks. His response? A smirk and a smart dismissal: “I can’t take anything back through the window.” Which is totally ok, and I even said “that’s cool man”. Before I gently placed the carriers on the ledge, knowing there were no trash cans in sight, and I had a car full of kids and equipment. He then aggressively yelled out the drive through window “REALLY!” as I pulled to the door, like I was told. Here’s the kicker though: he never asked if I even wanted the drink carriers in the first place. And I tried to say I didn’t need them. However, his demeanor was so unpleasant that I tried not to create any more tension, because this guy clearly had a chip on his shoulder. When I was given my food, he proceeded to start scolding me in front of my kids by saying “That was real trifling, ma’am,”…..because I set the stack of drink carriers down, that I didn’t need, and didn’t ask for….. I tried to remain calm at first, as I was in my car, with my young kids….asserting that his bad day shouldn’t be taken out on others and again, we didn’t need a stack of drink carriers….but instead of hearing any of this, he continued to escalate the situation unnessecarily, and got even more aggressive and threatening, shouting profanities at me while my kids watched, clearly frightened. I will say, at the end, I raised my voice back out of fear and told him to “Blank Off”. But It was because of how unnecessary and power trippy it all was for something as trivial as not needing drink carriers. This man, who seemed to stand at about 6'4" with poorly done tattoos up both arms, no hair, and looks to be a rough 50-55 years of age, has no business being the face of a fast-food operation. Especially when it comes to dealing with families, kids, and vulnerable customers. I’ve also seen similar negative reviews mentioning his behavior towards others, including the elderly and disabled. I plan to escalate this to corporate and share my experience on various platforms, as no one should have to deal with such hostility in places that should be family-friendly. Until there are changes, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Wendy’s. It’s a hard pass for me, especially with someone like him, an aggressive and threatening man, representing their team. And I will stand by the fact that you don’t have to be a cheery bundle of sunshine while working fast food. It stinks. I get it. But it doesn’t give you the right to be so out of pocket and rude towards a mom and her kids for no reason.

This was the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Our family came through the drive through and Justin was on the speaker. After ordering two meals and getting "Is that it?" My husband asked for my burger sub the bun for lettuce.. Justin responded "We don't do that, we only have shredded lettuce." My Husband said "can I please get it in a container with shredded lettuce then." Justin then started to SCREAM at my husband about how they don't do that! And then argue about the rest of the order and have an attitude, recieving a "K" instead of our total. We have never had an experience this awful. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs and going out of your way to a different location.
