There was no caramel, no sugar-- it just tasted like bitter coffee. The manager was no better in correcting it, either. He was dismissive and blamed one of my coworkers for the wrong way it was made. It was like he dumped the first drink into another cup and stirred it around. Disgusting! We will NOT BE BACK.

I knew they weren't going to be open much later so I didn't mind that I had to wait a little bit figured I was going to get a fresh sandwich just made. So imagine my surprise when I walk in my door and put my sandwich on the table take my first big bite and it's raw in the middle. Second time this has happened I'm just never going to trust chicken from Wendy's again. There goes 13 bucks for nothing
