The food was solid—fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Wendy’s, which is why the food itself earns 5 stars.
However, the overall experience needs attention. The women’s restroom is in poor condition: the standard stall is extremely small, the door lock is broken, and the stall door is inverted, causing it to swing inward and hit both the toilet and the person using it when opened. This is a basic design and maintenance issue that wasn’t well thought out.
The women’s handicapped stall also has maintenance problems. The toilet paper dispenser is broken, with the cover detached and leaning partly on the floor, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable for an accessible restroom.
Outside the entrance, the landscaping appears neglected. The shrubs have been severely and poorly cut back, leaving bare sticks protruding near the doorway. The shrub should be removed and replaced with something smaller and slow-growing that’s more appropriate for a high-traffic entrance.
Service is another concern. While touchscreen ordering may seem faster, it’s impersonal and doesn’t necessarily translate to better service—especially when there’s no one available at the register. Cash-paying customers or anyone with questions are left without clear assistance.
Good food alone can’t offset poor facility upkeep and an impersonal service model. Address these issues, and this location could easily earn a higher rating.

You had a worker cleaning the lobby ,, didn't wash her hands or nothing and just started bagging people food which is very nasty , then touched her hair before bagging food as well

I placed a mobile pick-up order through yhr drive-thru so I can't speak on the atmosphere or cleanliness of the dining room. Food was hot and delicious. If you want fresh hot fries, order with "No Salt". The baked potatoes were okay, I could tell they had been sitting for a minute. But their chili always hits! 🔥
