- MBMichael BMar 2, 20191.0My wife and I were in the mood for a TSC wrap and decided to check out this location on our way home. The place was not busy at all and we we're the only customers. We placed our order (1 Buffalo wrap, 1 Caesar wrap + smoothies). While waiting we noticed several unclean spots around the cafe area including spilled smoothie, likely from the previous person sitting there. As we we're handed our food we overheard one of the employees tell the other "I need to show you how to roll a wrap, cause I don't know what you did", but we didn't think much about it until we got home. For a second, I thought they hadn't even given us wraps bc the packaging looked so flat. These wraps had certainly seen better days. But the biggest problem was that they had given us 2 Buffalo wraps; no Caesar to be found. We we're the only ones in the store! How did they not make the right order?
