  Lady with the septum needs an attitude check i was waiting in line for ten minutes before being told she wouldn't take my order, it's busy i get it but you don't have to scream at me, everyone else working was respectful and hardworking, yet the girl who claimed to be so busy she couldn't take my order was too busy muttering snarky comments under her breath, and could've been much more efficient if she quit whining and did her job, props to everyone having to work with her. I work in the food industry so i understand it can be stressful but there is no excuse to have an attitude towards a customer who just walked in.

  The wrap I got was good, so good it brought back memories of my cousin that moved to Indiana back in 2009,The smoothie was also pretty good. Have yall seen the movie fight club? I’ve heard good things about it but im not sure if I wanna watch it or not?

  By the looks of these reviews, this seems to just be a common occurrence. The manager Kendra has horrible customer service skills and shouldn’t be managing this place. I placed an order at cedar road that was meant for kempsville location and called immediately after to cancel my order. I called 11 times and nobody answered until later that evening. They took my number down and told me the manager, Kendra, would call me tomorrow. I then called every day for two weeks to get my refund just for an employee to tell me “the manager said no refunds”. I took it up with my bank but it’s just the fact that she was so poor in communicating and doing her job. She couldn’t even call me back or hear me out or answer the phone the first ring. Just an awful place ran by awful people. Go to kempsville location. They get your orders right and they answer their phones!

  Will not be going back to this location. They do not participate in the happy hour promotion like all of the other locations! I ordered one drink and received a different one. When I said something to the employee he didn't know what to do. Well they lost my business!!
