The manager Kendra has horrible customer service skills and shouldn’t be managing this place. I placed an order at cedar road that was meant for kempsville location and called immediately after to cancel my order. I called 11 times and nobody answered until later that evening. They took my number down and told me the manager, Kendra, would call me tomorrow. I then called every day for two weeks to get my refund just for an employee to tell me “the manager said no refunds”. I took it up with my bank but it’s just the fact that she was so poor in communicating and doing her job. She couldn’t even call me back or hear me out or answer the phone the first ring. Just an awful place ran by awful people. Go to kempsville location. They get your orders right and they answer their phones!
