Clearly bad management if the line is 10 cars backed out into the parking lot to then take 10 minutes to get each car their food. Clearly poorly staffed on a busy night.

Despite this- I gave the benefit of the doubt, waited over 25 minutes to get order- received it and both cheeses were missing, Crunchwrap was soggy and upon further inspection I found a small black hair on the wrap (thankfully I hadnt eaten it yet). I get the staff doesn t make a lot of money- but this wasnt just a not good experience. It was disgusting. Management needs to do better.
