I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream and 1 burrito with sour cream and the lady making it came and asked me if I wanted the sour cream in the burrito or if that was a mistake. That was thoughtful and she was very sweet which is something I've rarely encountered in customer service since I returned. The lobby was very clean as well.
