  Soo happy to have a Niccce Taco Bell near by. Stopped by yesterday for the first time after work. Didn't notice people inside, but folks were in the drive thru. Don't know about the other reviewers experience, but mine was good. The customer service was good, the food was good. I luv it and will definately be going back again.

  Honestly, like this place is rough. Just opened and they already act like they've been here for years. Management needs to step it up otherwise this location won't make it. (Wait time was 30 minutes and I even ordered ahead)

  Absolutely unacceptable. Was here on 02/07/2026 at approximately 1050pm ish until a little after 1105pm. At least 4 -5 cars came by hoping to get an order including myself. No one was working. Lights on. Menus inside the place were on. Doesn't close until 1am. All of us ended up having to leave because whoever was on shift decided they weren't working. Horrendous. Take your business to McDonald's because they were working.

  New to the area and its already worse than the McDonalds down the street. 40 minutes waiting on food at 7pm on a weekday. 3 kiosks in the lobby mean you will rarely see someone at the counter when you’re just picking up your food. Just go to the food lion behind it and get your own taco shells and ingredients. *Update, up to an hour waiting now

  Ordered a few times at this location, I must go when everyone else doesn’t cause I haven’t encountered a line longer than 5 minutes. Great location and the quality of the food is much better than other nearby Taco Bell’s, hopefully it stays that way!
