I saw a fly landing on the cookies I informed the worker and she said oh and then proceeded to get it out with her hands and the gloves she had on. I guess she thought about it. And at this time the fly went from tray to tray landing on the cookies row by row. She took them out and then put them back in after the fly came out. She never threw them out and this was today 11/4/2025.

She then proceeds to complete more online orders I'm thinking she is behind as she is the only one working at the time. Then another customer walks in and immediately the lady starts taking her order no questions no checking if I'm ready to order just completely ignored.
