- RBRainbow BMX BriteJun 25, 20251.0I wish I could say I am disappointed to leave this review after years of my husband picking up sandwhiches for us, but I am DISGUSTED. This is not to say we haven't had issues at all before, but we are all human. Today however, was inexcusable. He went in to grab our order and the lady asked if he was "George". He said "yes" then she handed him our order and we left. We get home and they are some kind of weird meatball sub and not philly cheese steaks. Not the end of the world right?? Well....he goes back in to get the right sandwhiches made and the lady says "Thank you for bringing these back! We thought you stole them." So no, THANK YOU for saving us money by not ordering take out with you anymore. The audacity of you to confirm his name for the order, HAND IT TO HIM, and then accuse him of stealing them...just WOW!

Didn't ask what toppings I wanted after toasting nor did he offer a combo and try to upscale. Coming from the obx I have 3 subways and this by far was a horrible experience I'd retrain this employee if he worked for me
