As shown on the photos how Philly cheese steaks subs were made. Thin slimmed fillings w/ missing toppings . Addressed the issues in store in a calmly manner. Manager on duty was aggressive, yelling, combative and insisted our subs were made correctly. Opened the subs and fingered all over the food. He profusely didn’t care and wouldn’t make us fresh subs to make it right. A small issue turned escalated because the manager kept yelling defensively. I asked repeatedly to lower his voice and wouldn’t back down. I felt unsafe with the environment. Also, yelling no refund! Go elsewhere. This location is bad mistake!

Manager refused to refund our money or remake our sandwiches after making them incorrectly. Instead, he picked through our sandwiches with his fingers and insisted missing items were included (they were missing). Terrible service. Go elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a turkey kid’s meal, and the woman behind the counter—who struggled to communicate clearly in English—did not include the juice box. I didn’t realize it was missing until I walked outside. When I returned to ask for it, she casually said they were out, without ever having informed me when I ordered.
Moments later, a man (possibly her husband) came in, and she asked him about the juice boxes. He immediately told her they were in the back—so clearly, they weren’t out.
To make matters worse, the food wasn’t fresh and the cookie was stale. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 510 , I went in @ 5:15 to give them some time. The order was still not ready!! I sat down in the lobby to give them time to make it. When I opened the sub I realized it had black olives , cucumbers , pickles , and teriyaki sauce on it which I did not order. I just picked them off and continued to eat , when I got to the second half of the sub there was a piece of hair on it. I called the manager he told me he would investigate it and give me a call back. He never called back. I went in the store to show him the hair and the horrible made sub and asked for a refund! He said he would give me a dollar back because it was a deal. I said well can you give me atleast half of what I paid he said no. Yelled at me and said I can remake it or give you a dollar. So I said ok remake it than he said oh no your not getting anything since you want to be aggressive. He is very unprofessional and rude and I will be reporting him to the bbb.
