The team members at this location are some of the rudest customer service team members I’ve ever encountered. Food was good but I would never go back simply due to the staff attitudes.
- SCShawna CookSep 8, 20251.0Toppings were all mixed up in bins and gloves weren't changed between placing them or between different orders. The store was dirty. The older lady was rude and in a hurry to get people out. Very forceful/dismissive in demeanour. The guy mouse was very nonchalant, looked drugged, and not doing anything but hiding around a corner so he didn't have to assist even with customers lining up. The music (ICP etc) while ok to listen to at home was very out of place especially when children were coming in. I love subway but definitely will not go back to this location.
