    Unsatisfactory Experience with Order Accuracy I recently visited a Sonic drive-thru and encountered issues with my order. I was charged for burgers that were missing when I got home. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the only solution offered was for me to drive 20 miles back to pick up the missing items. This experience was disappointing and highlights a need for better order accuracy and customer service. I hope Sonic can improve in these areas moving forward.

    Chipped a tooth on their "ched r peppers. A rock would've been more edible. The staff is nice but slow (mentally). Wrong size drink, no nerds in the slushie either. 😭 I dislike this place.
