I read the reviews, and still gave it another chance. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes for me to get my order. No update via the web available, nothing via email, the app...nothing. I called and got an automated message that my order was out for delivery. The delivery man arrived and didn't say a word, even when my husband spoke. The pizzas and wings, cold. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for ages, stiff, dry, disgusting. So disappointing. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, I was asked to hold as she was speaking with another customer at the moment. I held, and when she answered, I was told that the driver was held up from an accident along the route for delivery. I hope that was the truth, and I wish there would have been some sort of communication. All other delivery services alert you in some way if your order is delayed. Money wasted, not even sure my next order will be satisfactory. The last time I ordered I was disappointed as well. I love Papa John's, I guess I may have to try another location...which sucks.

I always come to this Papa John’s but this time there was one gentleman in there doing a great job alone, his name is Kerr. He greeted me as soon as I walked in very genuinely, I let him finish his pizzas he got my payment and i was in and out. My pizza looks amazing. this customer service does in fact make my day, Thank you guys ❤️

Pizza was delivered. As soon as I got it went to the kitchen to check it was correct as the last two times it was incorrect. It was not. Tried to do the driver as she was about to leave and she just drove off anyway. Contacted the store and was told bc it was a minor mistake I’d need to come to the store to get it fixed myself. Asked to speak to the manager and overheard the employee on the phone talking to them telling him to tell me he couldn’t talk and that they weren’t going to fix it. Told them I would wait as I fully expected it to be corrected out the order to be refunded. Was placed on hold multiple times without being told I was being placed on hold. The poor employee flat out told me the manager was refusing to speak to me. I told him I would wait and then I was hung up on. Even it was a small fix it is a major fix in my household as now my child will not be eating the meal at all and I basically threw 40 dollars down the drain. Driving to the store is a ridiculous ask and not even an option for me at this time. Will be being the biggest Karen there ever was bc this is now the third time this has happened. Crazy how ppl not even making a livable wage ride hard for these big corporations and treat customers like crap

I went to pick up an order and the guy at the register waited on me and another driver. This man put money in the register went and started handling food all without washing his hands or putting gloves on. Tossing dough in the air bare handed and all while he just got thru handling dirty money. Glad I don't eat there.
