This restaurant deserves ZERO stars. First time going there and I’ll never go back. First off they don’t even greet you. They just stare at you until you order. Secondly the food was awful. I got a turkey cheddar sandwich, which really should’ve been a tomato on stale bread sandwich. It had 1 piece of turkey, 2 pieces of lettuce, and soo much tomatoes and mayo on it, and not to mention the stale bread.

I'm honestly not sure where to start. I left one star for service and if I could have left zero I would have. I also left one star for atmosphere and that is mainly due to the employees. I left two stars for food simply because of improperly made items, items that are not given in the right quantity and items being left out of my order as well as ordering food and drink items and the food items will come out quickly when my drink items seem to take 10 minutes or more even though the screen says they're ready and I've already got a notification on my phone telling me that my order is ready. The unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, insincerity and less than pleasant demeanor of 90% of the younger employees leave a severely bad taste in my mouth. It's become clear on my frequent visits, sometimes I'll order up to three times a day, I loathe having to come in contact with the employees just to retrieve my order as they are not very friendly and wear their bad attitudes on their sleeves. In contrast, I absolutely love Panera and the Panera brand.... As a rewards member I'm no longer enticed by the benefits simply because of the improper behavior of employees. I have watched employees sit around and whisper behind the counter in front of customers or stand leisurely in the kitchen area and have personal conversations when they should be fulfilling orders. I've previously worked in food service and honestly it is not that difficult. There's only one reason that I still go to Panera, to this specific location and it is because Erica works there. By no means am I trying to bash Panera as it is the employees who never properly understood their training or were not properly trained that I have an issue with. As I went to leave my own review, I happened to glance at many of the other reviews that were left for the store as well. I am not the only person experiencing multiple issues with this location. I've had to mention to multiple employees on multiple orders that an item was left out of my order only to receive a look of disgust and doubt. So I clarify each time this happens that they are more than welcome to look inside the bag I was given and verify I'm not lying. As a customer why do I have to do this? When an employee makes a mistake it would be appropriate to gently apologize to the customer and say that it will be taken care of right away. It just doesn't happen that way. I will now brag on Miss Erica again because she is the only consistent, smiling, professional employee that I encounter over and over. Hold on to her Panera because when the day comes I realize she no longer works there, I will NOT come back.

I stopped by this Panera while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at TireChoice. Although I didn’t place an order, I felt compelled to recognize one of their associates, Erica, who truly stood out for her exemplary customer service. She is genuinely customer-centric, and it shows in her actions—from opening the door upon my arrival, to greeting guests with sincere cheer, to proactively clearing finished trays.
Erica is incredible, and her warmth made a lasting impression. I will definitely return to this location, as it’s the kind of establishment I enjoy dining in—one where customers feel valued and genuinely welcomed.
