  We had such a wonderful experience at Outback tonight and wanted to recognize the amazing staff who made our visit so special. Our server, Melissa, along with her trainee, was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our meal. They stayed on top of drink refills, happily brought extra sauces whenever we asked, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to wait. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful they were with our baby. Melissa brought out a little rubber duck and even offered us a bowl of fresh strawberries for our baby, which was such a sweet gesture. Another staff member, Khana, stopped by with a second rubber duck, which absolutely made our night. Everyone was so patient and understanding when we had a little water spill at the table, and several staff members stopped by to say hello and interact with our little one. The kindness and warmth from the entire team didn’t go unnoticed. Good food and great service made for a fantastic dinner at Outback. Huge thank you to Melissa, her trainee, Khana, and the rest of the staff for being so thoughtful and welcoming. We truly appreciated it and will definitely be back!

  My waitress Melissa did a 10 star service experience. We eat out almost every Sunday but today was memorable. She served us as if we were guests in her home. Thank you Melissa for your kindness and servitude and we will be back to see you real soon!♥️

  The worst possible service, if zero stars were an option it would be the right one. The food was served cold, extremely salty, it took more than 1 hour to serve the food, they carried drinks that the waiters never served totally without training, the place poorly clean. An absolute disappointment

  When we called and asked about the wait, someone told us the wait was 30 minutes to an hour, however when we arrived the servers told us there was in all actually a THREE HOUR wait. This was on Valentine's Day so a long wait was expected, however the communication between people who answer the phone and people who work at the front is non existent! There were many tables that were clean, yet no one was seated at those tables. This is why we left and took our business elsewhere (Kick Back Jack's which is 8 minutes away) were seated in less than 15 minutes.
