  Please stop filling the drinks 3/4 full. I purchased two hot chocolates that were ridiculously low. The lady at the window said they could remake them while frantically trying to multitask and take the next order. I told her not to worry about it because I knew this would be my last visit to this location. I've had to come inside once before to have beverages remade because they lacked the advertised flavor, only to find out they were out of an ingredient but still tried to pass it off, so I switched to something else. At these prices, I expect to get what I pay for in both flavor and quantity.

  The staff and donuts are amazing but the assistant manager needs some customer service training. Kris took 3 customers before helping his employees with the machines which were messing up my order when they put it in there. I gave 5 stars because another employee (amazing gentleman) was trying to give us his employee discount and the employee at the register was apologizing and being kind while that assistant manager was taking other customers and telling her to "hold on". 5 stars for the employees and the do it's and the service. 1 star for the assistant manager.

  Placed an online order early in the morning for pick up, when I arrived the line was kind of long and had to wait, didn’t think I had to wait if I purchased ahead of time. Well I am finally helped by employee after about 15 mins of waiting in the long and I was told they were out of the item, so….. no one could contact me thru email, text, call nothing. That’s cool! That was the only Item I wanted since they only make them once a day in the morning so wanted my refund. That took about another 5 mins of waiting around, but get this customer service… instead of coming out and acknowledging the customer who is in of a refund and apologizing for the inconvenience they instead yell at the young lady working in the drive thru because she came around the counter and grabbed a soda from the fridge instead of the one in drive thru and then went over to the conveyor belt. Am I a mind reading and can read your mind that my refund went thru on your end with no issue. One thing I can’t stand is poor customer service and will stop spending my money at a place that doesn’t even care about guest.

  I'm only giving them 3 stars because they ran out if ALL halloween themed donuts. It was only 1120 am...how you already out. Also, "I could be wrong" but don't yall make them in house. If you were DD I'd understand, but you're making them. This is feeling like mcdonalds I dont want to clean the ice cream machine vibes...lol. anyway, donuts are always nice and warm. I went for the halloween donuts but was disappointed that's why my 3 star review. Ill change it when I finally get one.
