  I don't go often but with the Free donut I said why not. I'll even buy a ice coffee. 1. I mentioned the free donut I wore green. 2. Medium coffee ( sooooo small and Soooo $$.) So I guess I paid for the donut? 1B I had too asked twice for the donut. Communication isn't well

  The fact that it is 4:15 in the afternoon and they do not have not one glazed doughnut in the building. Is crazy it is Thursday and people are literally pulling in back to back and they’re telling everybody no come back in 20 minutes. Come back in 30 minutes. This is crazy. I guess I’ll go to the competitor.

  I went there today to try to get donuts but got nothing. The lady working the drive through was rude and shut the window in my face while I was trying to understand how when they start there shift they aren’t given change for when people pay in cash. I understood not being able to give me change for a $50 for a $13 order so I asked to just add another dozen donuts no big deal so then I’d only get like $17 or $18 back but she rudely told me no and then decided that was the end of the conversation for her and shut the window in my face.

  Stopped in to get some original glazed doughnuts until I saw that they are $15.49 per dozen now. I opted for the 3 pk and I'm so glad I did. The 3 I got had hardly any glaze on it. When I asked the manager if they had cut back on the glaze he said no that when the mixture is too thin it runs off the doughnut and just walked away. He could have offered to find me some that had some glaze on it but nothing. If I want some dry doughnuts I will go to Food lion next time and get some at a fraction of the cost. Goodbye Krispy Kreme. And I know I'm just going to get a computer generated response to go somewhere else and tell about my experience so I don't know why I even bothered.

  Let me start by saying there is nothing better than a hot Krispy Kreme donut, however; this is not the place to get it. I have visited this location at least 10 times over the years and I always leave disappointed. The cases are never full, like ever. No matter what time you come, you will be let down. Two weeks ago I went through the trouble of ordering ahead of time online, carefully choosing each donut to insure that my donut loving husband would have his favorites on his birthday. Upon pickup I was informed that they had only one of the 12 variety’s that I had chosen and I’d need to choose something else. Staring once again at an empty case I was forced to choose the stale leftovers of the day. We did get a dozen glazed, which I’m happy to say were fresh, silver lining. This morning, my husband walks in at 9:32 on a Sunday and as you can see in the picture the shelves were damn near empty. Empty shelves combined with employees that clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care whether or not you as the customer are satisfied, that’s how I would sum this place up. He walked out and went across the street to the other donut shop, where he was met with a smile and the shelves were fully stocked and fresh. I am shocked at the rating of this place, perhaps it’s just the glazed donuts that keep it this high. I hope you take this review to heart and make some changes.
