Love the sandwiches but really wish they would put the names of the people on the sandwich when provided in the order. It’s hard to match 3 custom country clubs to 3 different people when they all have the same sandwich # written on the outside. Which means we have to pull them apart to see which one is missing the tomato due to an allergy and guess which one has the extra mayo. This is the second time no names were used and I provided the same feedback last time. Last time I ordered for friends and ended up with the wrong sandwich.

I ordered my family subs at 902pm tonight, it came to $47.60. At 940pm I decided to call because they are usually faster than this. At first they couldn't find my order, then they found it and told me that since I ordered after 9pm, and they stop delivery at 9pm. I told them to cancel my order, and now we are out of $50 for a few days and have no dinner. Nothing on the app told me this, nobody bothered to call me, it just assumed that I was ordering dinner for tomorrow morning! Poor customer service and very disappointed.
