    Came in a little after 5pm on a Sunday night. Took several minutes for anybody to take our order. There was no ice in the machine and half of the sodas were not working. We sat for quite a while when another customer came back and told us that our food was just sitting on a tray not even under lamps for 6 or 7 minutes. We didn't get breadsticks with our food. The restaurant is freezing so our food was cold and I had to have them warm up our food. I haven't been here in several years and won't be back.

    I love Fazoli's. Breadsticks are amazing. Food is really good. The staff is always so nice and professional. Restaurant always clean and welcoming. Thank you.

    I’m giving the food not because it wasn’t good it was very good although for the second time in a couple of months my order I received was wrong. I ordered baked spaghetti and meatballs and there were NO MEATBALLS!!! I live in Portsmouth so to come all the way over there must say something about the food so I don’t know why my order is wrong AGAIN.

    Food was burnt and breadsticks as hard as a rock. For service being this slow you’d expect the food to atleast be good. Very disappointed used to love this place- will probably not go again
