- HHHITHNov 16, 20251.0Ok I’ve been a Virginia local for 35 years Fazoli’s needs a makeover. It’s absolutely disgusting in there, it makes no sense. Under the tables is rusted, so there’s an x on the ground, the walls are peeling, and just overall sticky. You’re able to see the kitchen from the waiting area and it’s absolutely crudy. It makes you not even want to eat the food because look at where it’s being prepared. The guy who served me was kind but literally that was the only highlight. This place needs to be shut down for being dirty regardless of how the food tastes. It doesn’t belong on greenbrier pkwy. Edit: I couldn’t bring myself to eat it and didn’t want to come back inside for a refund so I gave the food away. I would’ve probably eaten it had I gone thru the drive thru but SEEING inside gave me the heeby jeebys. I can’t believe people actually eat inside! No need for a passive aggressive response because this was the 1st and last time I will ever step foot in this place. People who come here should be ashamed of themselves. 🤮

You can literally see the kitchen, no work ethic and everything is microwaved. One of the employees stormed out of work because of some skirmish with another one. You know a place is bad when they offer free breadsticks for a 5 star review. 🙄

Other customers were walking out because food was either taking too long or they were given the wrong food. Told by cashier they didn't have several items on the menu to the order.
