- DBDestiny Branch3 days ago1.0today i wasn’t satisfied with my order ( drink ) i get dunkin every morning & i always get a strawberry coolatta and wake up wraps , the wraps were great but my drink it wasn’t blended well through like normally & i didn’t notice it til i got all the way home , i literally have a cup full up ice for a strawberry coolatta . i understand the company gets busy during morning time but if i’m paying $13 for food i expect my order to be correct like i placed it . this is unacceptable

ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT if you use the drive thru. Just a heads up. Report her if it happens to you. Other then that great dounts.

The staff, especially the women that work the early morning shift, are super friendly (which has not been my experience with other Dunkins around here, so it really makes these wonderful women stand out). The ladies that work the morning drive-thru shift are always extremely nice and upbeat. The service is exceptionally fast; I’m often in and out of the drive-thru line in under two minutes. I’ve only been inside the building a handful of times, but each time, it’s been clean and comfortable. And of course, the donuts and coffee are delicious!
