  This place is clean atmosphere nice service “meh”. However if you buy donuts at 5am when they open they are hard and stale. Please don’t go after 5pm you may get a decent cup of coffee but half the time they have run out of donuts at least jelly donuts. I walked in today at 6pm asked for two powdered jelly donuts when I asked the girl are they fresh she said they are from this morning this is what I got see pics ! I love Dunkin Donuts but this place does not have fresh donuts ! Who wants a hard donuts . So to the owner “ It’s time to make the donuts” if you can’t shut down - we want fresh soft donuts not hard munchkins

  We stopped for coffee and a donut on the way to pick up our load. We are in our semi. I’m 63 years old. Can’t take a semi through the drive through, lobby is closed. We walked around to the drive through. An older homeless lady was getting coffee. After they gave her the coffee, they told us that we must drive through to be allowed to order. We explained that our truck is a semi and we can’t do drive through. They told us that we couldn’t order. They were not busy , no one else was there, they could have made the day for a couple of older truck drivers, but chose to say no. And they made the homeless lady pay for her coffee!

  Great way to start your day with coffee and a breakfast sandwich - and the best part is the order is ready when ordered ahead and they have always gotten the order correct! Have been to many other Dunkins where they would get the order wrong more often than right.

  Dunkin' donut get a big fat zero my first time ever here and got hash browns and croissant sausage and egg and cheese that was burnt nasty wasting they only give you six and it's burnt and tastes rubbly and my hash brown was sticking to the paper wasted my money burnt and skippy. We are not be coming to dunkin' donut ever again a zero for dunkin' donut I wish I had stayed away

  Unfortunately, I went to Dunkin this morning at 8:45 AM to get my usual coffee at this one location, and I noticed that the door was locked. A customer that was already inside let me in. We both thought the door was jammed or something. Then as I was standing in line, one of the employees was very rude and told the lady who opened the door that she locked it because they were short staffed. I thought to myself…, short-staffed? There’s literally like 7 employees working that I counted, and for the lady to have an attitude with the customer who was being nice to another customer is terrible customer service!! I refuse to spend my hard earn money in a place that’s going to be that rude toward customers who help pay their salaries!! I immediately turned around without placing an order and will start looking for another coffee shop that will treat their customers with respect and appreciation.
